Upaya Peningkatan Capacity Building Guru MTs Muhammadiyah Sarwodadi dalam Menghadapi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh

Abstract
Media video pembelajaran dalam proses belajar-mengajar sangat penting di era pandemi ini karena pembelajaran modern menggabungkan antara teknologi dan pendidikan dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Guru seharusnya mampu menggunakan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, kolaboratif, dan eksperiensial yang akan menampilkan konektivitas teknologi dengan para siswa. Pemilihan MTs Muhammadiyah Sarwodadi sebagai subjek pengabdian didasarkan pada hasil observasi tim pengabdian bahwasanya MTs ini masih menggunakan sistem pembelajaran tradisional. Metode tersebut dirasa kurang efektif pada masa pandemi seperti ini yang menerapkan pembelajaran online. Jadi, diperlukannya pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat belajar siswa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Para guru diberikan materi mengenai pembuatan video ajar yang dapat menarik minat belajar siswa. Selain itu, guru yang terlibat dalam pelatihan tersebut juga diajarkan cara menggabungkan setiap komponen tripod, lighting, microphone, ke dalam satu paket smartphone. Para guru juga diajarkan cara mengoperasikan aplikasi pengedit video mulai dari penginstalan, menambahkan video, memotong video, dan menambahkan musik. Tahapan pengabdian dalam pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran ini berupa: observasi, sosialisasi, pemberian materi, praproduksi (pengoperasian studio mini), proses editing, dan penayangan vidio. Pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran yang interaktif ini mendapatkan apresiasi dari para guru MTs Muhammadiyah Sarwodadi dan berharap akan adanya kegiatan pengabdian yang berkelanjutan
